San Diego and Chicago Early Super Bowl Favorites

NEW YORK, NY -- If the odds makers at Sportsbook.com are accurate with their lines, it looks like the Super Bowl will feature either the Chicago Bears or New Orleans Saints battling the San Diego Chargers
Odds on Super Bowl LXI matchups released.  for football supremacy. The likeliest scenario for a showdown in Miami on February 4 is the Bears against the Chargers, a 7-2 proposition at the world's largest online sportsbook and casino.

New Orleans, easily the surprise of the season in the NFL, is also a big 9.5 point favorite at home to Washington. The Saints impressed so much last week with their dismantling of Dallas that odds makers see the next likeliest Super Bowl showdown pitting the Saints, and not the Bears, against the Chargers. Odds on that match-up materializing are 11-2.

Baltimore and Indianapolis also figure in the AFC race as the only true challengers to San Diego and the unstoppable force that is LaDainian Tomlinson. Baltimore is favored by 11 over Cleveland at home on Sunday. Meanwhile, on Monday night Indianapolis looks to regroup from a stunning blowout loss to Jacksonville when they host Cincinnati in what is expected to be an old school shoot out between two of the top offenses in the league. Prospects for a high scoring affair are helped by the fact that both defenses are suspect, to say the least. The Colts are favored by 3.5 points.
