LAS VEGAS -- Polly Esther's nightclub will open its first mega club in Las Vegas, which will bring all of its signature nightclubs under one roof at the Stratosphere Casino Hotel and Tower in February

The Stratosphere in Las Vegas. of 2007.
Polly Esther's combines four clubs, depicting four separate eras under one roof. The highly successful signature clubs of "Polly Esther's," "Culture Club" and "Nerve Ana" are popular throughout North America and are renowned for their extremely detailed decade themed venues. Polly Esther's Las Vegas will also debut "Suite 2000," an ultralounge themed around this decade and specially designed for Las Vegas.
"Las Vegas is the perfect spot for a mega nightclub -- Polly Esther's Las Vegas is a natural for a city that is continually setting the bar higher," said Artie Lesavoy, vice-president of operations for Polly Esther's Group. "People flock to Vegas to party, and at Polly Esther's, the party lasts for four decades. We're bringing back disco balls, DeLoreans and Doc Martens -- oh my!"
"Polly Esther's and the Stratosphere are a perfect fit," said Adam Mizzi, vice president of marketing for the Stratosphere Casino Hotel and Tower. "We searched for a club that would maximize the experience of our guests and further attract our key demographic. Polly Esther's is a non-intimidating environment that appeals to people of all ages. That is exactly what the Stratosphere is about."
This new quad-club allows guests to relax and enjoy the familiar sights and sounds in a non-intimidating environment. Clubbers can travel through time re-igniting the feelings of their youth by moving from one club to another all in the same location. The facility will be one-story, 26,000 square-feet with a capacity for 1,300 people, and will feature state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems, lit dance floors, live shows and DJ music every night with frequent special events throughout the week.
The first Polly Esther's Nightclub opened in New York City in 1991 and has since expanded to San Francisco, Boca Raton, Princeton, Chicago, Washington D.C., Denver, Philadelphia, Miami's South Beach, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, San Jose, Portland, Seattle and Montreal. With a high energy and uniquely safe atmosphere, Polly Esther's represents "guilty pleasure."
The signature clubs of Polly Esther's, Culture Club and Nerve Ana will of course feature the trademark elements of the predecessors -- larger-than-life statues and murals of icons such as John Travolta and Sharon Stone, shrines guests can have fun with such as a Brady Bunch display where one can step into Alice's place and a white Ford Bronco a la OJ Simpson to sit in, a "Back to the Future" DeLorean suspended from the ceiling, imposters such as Bill Clinton working the crowd, a Partridge Family bus converted into a bar, themed cocktails in every room, and much more.
Escape nostalgia in Suite 2000, a spin-off of San Francisco's premier nightclub Suite One8One with a Las Vegas twist. In an atmosphere that fuses New York, Los Angeles and Miami, DJs will spin today's hottest hip-hop, house, Detroit funk and rock & roll tunes. Bottle service and exclusive VIP tables are available.
"Long ago we designed a platform for everyone. Partiers will be welcomed by staff regardless of whether they have bought a table or just a beer," said Drew Adelman, Partner. "With a funkier-the-better dress code but professional treatment, tourists, Strip-shy locals and industry folks who just want to have fun will all leave with smiles on their faces and the taste to come back for more!"
Since its inception, Polly Esther's has received national coverage and attention for the distinctive decor and atmosphere at each club. The interiors were designed by famed Column McCartan and present a striking juxtaposition between plush modern furnishings and funky interiors. EverGreen Painting Studios is the creative force behind the statues, murals and props.
Polly Esther's in Las Vegas will be located just inside the main entrance of the Stratosphere Casino Hotel and Tower at 2000 Las Vegas Boulevard South. Each room will have different hours of operation and cover charge rates throughout the week. Rooms will also be available for corporate events and private parties. Polly Esther's is owned by Bob Watman, Drew Adelman, Tim Oullette and the One Industry Group, the company responsible for the Bay Area's hit clubs Suite One8One, Impala and Mas Sake.
