CHARLESTON, West Virginia – As reported by the West Virginia Intelligencer: "The West Virginia Senate today approved table gambling legislation by a vote of 20 to 13.

"The Senate dropped this figure to 2 percent, and redirected 4 percent of this money to counties and local municipalities.

"…Gov. Joe Manchin then would have to sign the resulting bill…"
