Moulin Rouge in Las Vegas may Reopen with New Partners

LAS VEGAS -- Atlantis Internet Group, Corp. (ATIG) announced today that it has entered into a joint venture agreement with the
Atlantis Internet Group is looking to launch a new Moulin Rouge Casino in Las Vegas.  Moulin Rouge Hotel & Casino Corporation to redevelop the Historic Moulin Rouge Hotel & Casino property in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Built in 1955, the Moulin Rouge was known as "A Vegas Jewel" and graced the cover of Life Magazine. With legendary owners like Heavy Weight Champion Joe Louis and headliners like Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis, Jr., Pearl Bailey, Louis Armstrong and Bob Hope it was known as the cosmopolitan "Hot Spot" for entertainers. The historic casino burnt down a few years ago but in its place will rise a phoenix from the ashes that will offer a new state-of-the-art casino, hotel, condominiums, and musical amphitheater. "It will be an exciting and refreshing entertainment renaissance for Las Vegas, offering a little bit of nostalgia while appealing to the in-crowd," said Dale Scott, CEO of the Moulin Rouge.

The joint venture will develop a musical themed casino like the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino offering a new musical adventure from Soul, Rhythm and Blues, Jazz and Hip Hop to today's latest artists in a variety of other musical fields. "The theme should appeal to music lovers worldwide and much like the original Las Vegas Moulin Rouge, the new hotel, resort, casino and entertainment facility will truly be 'A Vegas Jewel,'" said Donald L. Bailey, CEO of ATIG.

ATIG will participate in the re-development of the new casino as well as develop a Moulin Rouge website offering a virtual tour through the new casino, history on the hotel and casino, free play-for-fun casino games and tournaments for US visitors to the site. This will be the second Nevada casino to use ATIG's software; our online play-for-fun casino games have been operating from a Nevada-licensed Indian Casino for the last three years. ATIG will also build an off-shore Internet Casino from a legal jurisdiction with live games available to International players only similar to the online casinos built by MGM, Hard Rock and now the Venetian Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

ATIG will also feature its Jukebox Slots product on the website. Jukebox Slots is the patent-pending product featuring slots and casino games that allow players to listen to music while they play games. Much like ATIG's advisors, the owners of the Moulin Rouge Hotel and Casino have slot distribution and slot management experience and will utilize that experience in the ATIG subsidiary, Jukebox Slots, LLC. As a part of the deal the Moulin Rouge will receive a percentage of ownership in the ATIG Subsidiary. The JV deal will include the exchange of stock, cash and proprietary technology.
