Uncasville, Connecticut -- Joan Rivers, the comic who coined the federally-trademarked catchphrase 'Can We Talk?' plays five live shows at The Cabaret Theatre from Wednesday, November 1st through Saturday,

Joan Rivers will perform at the Mohegan Sun. November 4th.
Show times are 7:30 on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday; and 7:00 and 10:00 on Saturday. All tickets are $35.00 and go on sale starting Monday, September 11th at the Mohegan Sun Box Office and through Ticketmaster. As a trailblazer for women in the world of stand-up comedy, Joan Rivers played Greenwich Village cabarets and Borscht Belt hotels before breaking through on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson in 1965. She hit one of her career highs many years later when she became the show’s first sole guest host. In 1990, she won an Emmy as the host of The Joan Rivers Show. Now noted as the red-carpet interviewer for The TV Guide Channel, she also has her own line of jewelry and cosmetics on QVC. Rivers also keeps busy writing, lecturing, and doing guest appearances all over cable and network television. Audiences at Mohegan Sun will find her returning to her roots and connecting with a live audience in an event that promises a night of outrageous laughs.
