Isle of Capri Casinos to Purchase Casino Aztar

ST. LOUIS -- Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. officials announced today the company has entered into an agreement to purchase Casino Aztar in Caruthersville, Missouri from an affiliate of Columbia Sussex

Casino Aztar is to be sold to Eldorado Casinos out of Reno, NV. Corporation.

The agreement is subject to general conditions including the approval of the Missouri Gaming Commission, and satisfactory completion of due diligence by the Isle of Capri. The purchase price is approximately $45 million.

Banc of America Securities LLC is serving as financial advisor to Columbia Sussex Corporation.

Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc., a leading developer and owner of gaming and entertainment facilities, operates 13 casinos in 11 locations.
